Actually mind is full of thoughts, one goes another comes , again it goes and the next one takes entry to the mind .
Is there any point at which mind remains empty ?
Infact , mind is always occupied with thoughts . At no point our mind takes rest .Even while sleeping our mind is in function . Restless mind continues to think as per the entry of thoughts .
Now , these thoughts are the creators of quality of a life a person lives.
In other words , quality of life of a person is directly proportional to the thoughts residing in his mind.
Here is the importance of the role of decision making skill of a person . It is the person , who decides which thought could be given entry to his mind and which not .
Since a person always works for quality throughout his life, therefore , a person needs to check his thoughts . A person needs to be very peculiar about choosing his thoughts to improve the quality of life he is living .
Mind is like a home , where we don't allow any outsider to take entry to the gate .
Before giving entry to an outsider , we first check the authenticity of the person outside. If the person at the gate is not of much importance, we say good bye to the person from the gate itself .
The same is done with the thoughts . We must give a check to our thoughts . The thoughts , which are of no use , must not be given entry to the gate of mind . These useless thoughts if are allowed to enter the mind , occupy unnecessary space in mind .
Mind is the most important part of the body which should be always kept neat and clean .
The outsider, if has some more relevant work, is given entry to the gate .These types of thoughts are given entry to the mind for our instant works .These instant thoughts instruct us to do instant works in our everyday Iives. These are the thoughts that are converted into immediate actions like laughing , smiling , talking , responding instantly for any thing and so on.
Let's consider another example of a guest , say, a freind who visits our home . We welcome our friend and provide our quality time . Not only this , at times , we enjoy and take our meals together .Thoughts of this type are very important which bring joy to our lives and remove the tiredness all around . We get some energy and we move on with our other works .
Another category of our visitors , is a close friend . A close friend when visits to our home , we not only enjoy but we spend more and more time together . Infact , we love spending our maximum time with such a visitor . This type of visitor brings joy and ideas and shows trust in our potential .The trust shown by the visitor builds a self esteem in us . It is our self esteem which encourages us to do something better always .The persons or the visitors like this suggest and guide us to improve our lives by bringing small changes in our day to day work . We get some positive ideas and a proper direction to move forward in life. We get some aim and enthusiasm to start working on it. These types of friends are very special to us and we try not to leave them , so that we could be more productive with ourselves. This friend could be your father , mother , brother , sister , husband , wife ,daughter , son ...anyone who not only gives the way to move in a right direction but also stands by our side.
Similarly, we have some beautiful positive thoughts. that try to enter our mind gates many times throughout the day . And these special thoughts should be give entry to mind , without ignoring .
We need to give importance to these type of thoughts. These thoughts are the thoughts which should be thought again and again.
These thoughts which are of relevance must be given entry to the mind as well as must be pondered upon for its uses again and again . Such useful thoughts are given due importance and is given entry to our subconscious mind .
Subconscious mind , is the place where logic fails but working goes on .
Subconscious mind is the most important part of our mind which once fed with a thought starts working on it .
So , it is very much necessary to be the gatekeeper of your own thoughts .
Thought Power is the most powerful energy that make us fly high in the sky .
It's the energy that gives the direction to our lives .
Why is it necessary to check the thoughts before giving entry to the mind ?
Mind is the most important part of our body which helps in each and every work , we do in our lives. It is the place where thoughts enter ,reside and make their existence for short or the long terms. Our mind doesn't contain unlimited space . Mind is filled with plenty of thoughts . Now these thoughts are the drivers of a person's activities. The thoughts which take entry to the mind , get the stearing of the person's life into their hands. And once a thought gets the driving seat , it gets the control of a person's life .Thoughts at the driving seat are so powerful that they are able to give any direction to the person's life . A person has to understand that the stearing control of his life should be in the hands of which type of thoughts . To come out of such a situation , a person must check his thoughts before giving entry to the mind .
What actually this thought power gives you ?
● Thought power is the energy which gives meaning to the life.
● It gives direction and shape to our lives .
● Thoughts are the personality builder .
● Thoughts are the creator of our destiny.
● Thoghts define what we are and what we could be.
● It creates the path on which we move .
● Thoughts are the seeds of our deeds.
These seeds once grew up give fruits accordingly.
So what we sow in our minds in the form of seeds grew up in the form of a tree .
Its in our hand which seeds we wish to plant in our minds .
How can we classify thoughts into groups ?
Thoughts basically could be classified into two groups -
■ Positive thoughts
■ Negative thoughts
What are the positive thoughts ?
Thoughts which bring smile to our face are the positive thoughts. These are the thoughts that are able to change the adverse situations into comfortable ones. The uncontrolled circumstances could be changed to controlled ones . And imbalance in any action could be balanced by the positive approach towards the situation.
Positive approach is possible only by the positive thinking . And positive thinking provides strength to our actions ,we get motivated to do the our tasks appropriately and productively. Positivity brings not only joy within but also around us . The persons who are positive thinkers are always stress free and happy .They glow from outside and their personality create a positive aura around them that help other people to be positive as well .
What are the negative thoughts ?
Thoughts that create tension around are the negative thoughts .
These are the thoughts that weaken us from within . These thoughts are destructive and bring no result or poor result to our actions .
These thoughts bring anger , aggression, tiredness and low confidence which ultimately bring low self esteem.
Rhe person's who are in the grip of negativity they create a negative aura aound them .This negative aura moves along with such person and creates negativity everywhere they go . Such people talk about only failures and excuses . They don't like to listen to others as well as don't accept the advices given by others as they are preoccupied by foll of negative thoughts . Due to low self esteem and low confidence level these persons get poor results in their actions.
One failure brings demotivation and they give up to fight back with the situations.
But on the other hand the same situation can be changed to effective output by giving entry to positive thoughts into rhe minds .
So the secret to HAPPINESS is
POSITIVE THINKING
